For the good of the planet, it is, among other things, important to minimize return parcels – for this reason we would like to draw attention to the importance of conscious purchasing.
Impulse shopping or ordering large quantities of clothes just to try them on at home and then choose is not the best solution for our planet. 95% of the reasons given for returns are size mismatch . To minimize such risk, we carefully describe and measure each product to help you choose the size. We encourage you to always check our dimension table and contact us by phone if you have any doubts – we will always be happy to advise you! RETURNS
Once you decide you want to return the product:
- You have 14 14 days to do so from the date of taking possession of the goods (or from the date of taking possession of the goods by a third party indicated by the Buyer.) All you need to do is submit such a declaration of will in writing and send it to us within the indicated period of 14 days, and then send the goods you want return within the next 14 days.
- If all deadlines are met and the return is accepted, the funds are returned within 14 BUSINESS days from the date we receive the return shipment.
- Return is at the buyer’s expense
- Use the form we have prepared (below) – complete it and send it back to us together with the goods. Please do not send goods “cash on delivery” or “at the recipient’s expense”.
- We will be very pleased if you inform us about the reason for the return (optional). It will remain confidential to third parties and will help us continually improve our service quality.
Warning! The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract if the purchased goods were made to order (e.g. made to measure, in a color or length other than that specified in the product description).
Warning! In the case of the selected deferred payment method (PayPo, Twisto), the deadlines and rules for refund remain the same (14 business days). Yolo Look does not participate in the repayment of the order through the above-mentioned. methods – we return the funds to your account , not PayPo/Twisto.
To make a return, you must send back the goods intact, without traces of use, without any noticeable odor, with original tags, along with the completed form. If the returned goods do not meet the above conditions or were returned after the deadline, we reserve the right not to accept the return and send the product back to the address provided in the order. In such a case, the funds will not be refunded. If the goods sent back by us are not collected, they return to our warehouse and are liquidated or donated to charity.

We do not accept return shipments sent to us “cash on delivery”, and we only refund money to Polish bank accounts.

If in any way you are not satisfied with the product and want to exchange it for another one, write to us. We will make every effort to provide you with goods that perfectly match your expectations.
