Exchanges, Returns, and Complaints

Due to the welfare of the planet, among other things, minimizing return packages is important – for this reason, we would like to draw your attention to how important conscious shopping is. Impulse purchases or ordering large quantities of clothing just to try them on at home and then decide is not the best solution for our planet. 95% of the reasons given for returns are size mismatch. To minimize this risk, we carefully describe and measure each product to help you choose the right size. We encourage you to always check our size chart and to contact us by phone if you have any doubts – we are always happy to advise you! RETURNS

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
1. Go to www.szybkiezwroty.pl and search for our store YOLO LOOK – You Only Look Once
2. Fill in the required data in the online return form on www.szybkie.zwroty.pl and click “ZWRACAM PACZKĘ” (“I’m returning a package”).
3. If the return is reported within 14 days from the date of receiving the order – you will receive an email with a 10-digit return code – which allows you to send the package at any parcel locker.
4. Place/write the received 10-digit return code on the packaged shipment (you do not need to print a label).
5. Immediately send the package at any parcel locker.

Using this service and submitting a return request via www.szybkiezwroty.pl is not equivalent to the buyer submitting nor the seller receiving a statement of withdrawal from the contract, nor does it ensure the 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract is met.

In order to meet the statutory deadlines (14 days to withdraw from the contract), it is necessary to send the goods within the aforementioned period to the seller’s address via the aforementioned service or via another carrier, at the buyer’s choice, along with the return form.

NOTE:
Returns without the attached form and those sent after the deadline will not be considered! The form is an essential element for making a return!
• If all deadlines are met and the return is accepted, the funds will be returned within 14 WORKING days from the date we receive the return shipment.
• The cost of the return shipment is 13.99 PLN, borne by the customer, and is deducted from the returned order amount.
• We are not responsible for shipments sent by any carrier other than InPost.

Attention!
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the consumer if the purchased goods were made to individual order (e.g. custom size, color, or length other than stated in the product description).

Attention! In the case of a selected deferred payment method (PayPo, Twisto, Klarna), the terms and conditions for refund remain the same (14 working days). Yolo Look does not participate in the repayment of the order via the above-mentioned methods – we refund the money to your account, not to PayPo / Twisto / Klarna.

For the return to be accepted, you must return the goods in an intact condition, showing no signs of use, without any noticeable odor, with original tags, along with a completed form. If the returned goods do not meet these conditions, or were returned after the deadline, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the product back to the address provided in the order or deduct an appropriate amount as compensation for the loss of value of the item. In such a case, the funds will not be refunded or the refund amount will be reduced by the compensation (Article 34 paragraph 4 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014). If the returned goods sent back by us are not collected, they are returned to our warehouse and are either disposed of or donated to charity.

We do not accept return shipments sent “cash on delivery,” and we only refund money to Polish bank accounts.

EXCHANGES
If for some reason the product does not suit you and you want to exchange it for another – write to us. We will make every effort to deliver a product perfectly suited to your expectations.

COMPLAINTS
As a consumer, you have the right to file a complaint. We are responsible for delivering goods free from physical and legal defects, based on the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code, in particular Articles 556 et seq. of the Civil Code – for sales contracts concluded from December 25, 2014. You can write a complaint in any form, but to facilitate the complaint process, we recommend using the form we have prepared. Please fill it out clearly.

Please send the complaint statement along with the product under complaint to us. Please make sure the product is properly secured against damage or getting wet during transport. The original packaging is not required.
We handle complaints promptly, usually within a few working days. However, the time for handling a complaint never exceeds 14 days from the date we receive the complaint.
