INFORMATION FROM THE DATA CONTROLLER PREPARED BASED ON ARTICLE 13 SECTIONS 1 AND 2 OF THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

In connection with the entry into force and application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation“), YOLO LOOK limited liability company (hereinafter also referred to as the “Online Store“) as the owner of the domain www.yololook.com, presents the following information regarding the processing of your personal data.

  2. For matters related to the processing and protection of personal data, you can contact the Controller by writing to the postal address 42-200 Częstochowa, Cmentarna 6, preferably with the note: “Personal Data” or by email at biuro@yololook.com.
  3. The Controller processes the following categories of personal data:
    • First and last name
    • Residential address
    • Correspondence address
    • Phone number
    • Email address
  4. The Online Store processes your personal data for the following purposes:
    • Enabling the provision of electronic services and the use of the website www.yololook.com, including making transactions and payments for goods sold via the website www.yololook.com;
    • Fulfilling contracts concluded through the website www.yololook.com;
    • Handling complaints in the event of submission and processing product returns in case of contract withdrawal;
    • Handling inquiries submitted to us, e.g., via the contact form;
    • Any correspondence, inquiries, requests, and other matters arising from the nature of our business.
    • Transferring your personal data to ING Bank Śląski S.A. (the “Bank“) in connection with:
      • The Bank providing the Online Store with an infrastructure for handling online payments (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
      • The processing and settlement of payments made by the Online Store’s customers via the Internet using payment instruments (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
      • Verifying by the Bank the proper execution of contracts concluded with the Online Store, particularly ensuring the protection of payers’ interests in connection with their submitted complaints (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
      • Transferring your personal data to Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering payment for purchased goods or services via Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. under a commission agreement including the “Buy with Twisto” shopping formula and making this shopping formula available by the Online Store, as well as verifying the proper execution of such commission agreements by Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

Beyond the purposes indicated in section 4 (primary purpose), the Online Store may process your personal data for other legally permissible purposes (secondary purpose) when the primary and secondary purposes are closely related. Under such processing, the Online Store, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation, may also process personal data for the following secondary purposes:
    • Contacting you for permitted marketing activities through available communication channels, particularly with your consent—via email and phone.
    • Ensuring payment service support;
    • Handling your requests and inquiries submitted to our customer service department;
    • Organizing loyalty programs, competitions, and promotional campaigns in which you may participate.
  6. Processing your personal data for the purposes specified in sections 4 and 5 will take place in connection with the legally justified interest pursued by the Online Store.
  7. In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in sections 4 and 5, your personal data may be disclosed or entrusted by the Online Store to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, including:
    • ING Bank Śląski S.A.
    • Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o.
    • And other entities supporting the Online Store in providing electronic services, i.e., those that provide payment services, consulting, auditing, promotional support, and marketing campaigns.
  8. You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
    • The right to access your personal data,
    • The right to rectify data if it is incorrect,
    • The right to delete or restrict the processing of data,
    • The right to object to the processing of personal data,
    • The right to data portability.
  9. If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn or the legal basis for such processing.
  10. The supervisory authority for the Online Store regarding personal data is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
