Exchanges, Returns and Complaints
For the good of the planet, it is important to minimize return shipments – for this reason, we would like to emphasize how important conscious shopping is. Impulse purchases or ordering large amounts of clothing just to try on at home and choose later is not the best solution for our planet. 95% of return reasons involve incorrect sizing. To minimize this risk, we carefully describe and measure every product to help you choose the right size. We encourage you to always check our size chart and to contact us by phone if you have any doubts – we are always happy to help! RETURNS
The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipments should be sent to the following address:

THE RETURN MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
Using this service and submitting a return request via https://wygodnezwroty.pl/yololook is not equivalent to submitting or the seller receiving a formal declaration of withdrawal from the contract, nor does it guarantee compliance with the 14-day withdrawal period.
To meet the statutory deadlines (14 days to withdraw from the contract), it is necessary to send the goods within this period to the seller’s address using the above service or another carrier of the customer’s choice, together with the return form.
NOTE:

Returns without the attached form and those sent after the deadline will not be processed! The form is an essential requirement for a return.

If all deadlines are met and the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the return shipment.
Please note! For deferred payment methods (PayPo, Twisto, Klarna), the return rules remain the same (14 calendar days). Yolo Look does not participate in settling payments for these methods – we refund money to your bank account, not to PayPo/Twisto/Klarna.
For the return to be accepted, the item must be sent back in an undamaged condition, showing no signs of wear, without any noticeable odor, with original tags, and with the completed form. If the returned item does not meet these conditions or is returned after the deadline, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the product back to the address provided in the order, or to deduct an appropriate amount for loss of value. In such cases, the refund will not be made or will be reduced (based on Article 34(4) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014). If a parcel we resend is not collected, it returns to our warehouse and is either disposed of or donated to charity.
We do not accept return parcels sent “cash on delivery,” and refunds are made only to Polish bank accounts.

EXCHANGES
If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations and you wish to exchange it for another, please write to us. We will do everything we can to provide you with a product that perfectly meets your needs.
COMPLAINTS
As a consumer, you have the right to file a complaint. We are responsible for delivering goods free from physical and legal defects pursuant to the Civil Code of 23 April 1964, particularly Articles 556 and subsequent ones – for sales contracts concluded after 25 December 2014.
You may submit a complaint in any form, but to simplify the process, we recommend using our prepared form. Please fill it out clearly.
Please send the complaint along with the item to us. Ensure that the product is properly secured against damage or moisture during transport. Original packaging is not required.
We process complaints promptly, usually within a few business days. The complaint handling period never exceeds 14 days from the date we receive the complaint.
