Delivery time and costs

We make every effort to ensure that the goods reach you as quickly as possible. If the product is available, we guarantee that the shipment will be made within 2 working days of the payment being posted or the order being placed (in the case of “cash on delivery”).
Goods purchased in the “made to order” option are sent only after prepayment to the account or in the online payment system. We make every effort to send them within 4-6 working days of the payment being posted. However, we are a small sewing workshop, so please be patient. If you are very pressed for time, write to us and we will try to prepare your order first.
The maximum shipping time guaranteed by us for “made to order” goods is 10 working days, including the delivery time.

Delivery time abroad – from 3 to 10 working days, depending on the country.

DPD or INPOST COURIER – PLN 15

Delivery costs (cash on delivery) – PLN 25

Delivery abroad:

Delivery costs abroad start at PLN 50, depending on the country.
